Palm Suite con piscina, vista sull'oceano West Bay e West End

We enjoyed an 8-week stay at Treetop Suites in Roatán. The suite was clean & spacious, with a comfortable king sized bed, a walk in shower in the bathroom, good towels & linens, a nice kitchen with everything we needed. The wifi worked well, the TV was a bit unreliable, although no fault of the suite. The electricity went out a few times but the generator worked very well. We appreciated the filtered water from all taps, so no danger of getting sick. The washer & dryer in the storage room behind our suite worked well & was free to use.We loved the spacious covered balcony as we could be outside even in the rain. The balcony was where we spent our mornings with our coffee; & our early evenings with our cold refreshments as we watched the sun go down & the cruise ships leave. The pathway down to the beach is a pleasant, pretty walk. From there you can walk to the left to West Bay or to the right to West End; restaurants & bars are aplenty in both directions. The walk back up the hill gives you a pretty good workout & makes you sweat, but that was easily rectified by a quick change, a rinse under the outdoor shower & hopping in the pool to cool down. The pool was very appreciated on hot, lazy afternoons, of which we had many. Chip is a very responsive host & helpful if you have questions; as are the people who work with him.To sum it up: we greatly enjoyed our stay up above the trees. It’s very pretty & peaceful, but there is plenty of activity nearby when you want it.

The house soon became our home away from home due to its very cozy and quaint design as well as the stunning ocean view in the distance. It was a private location with high quality amenities that made it perfect for lounging in the sun on the recliners or enjoying the beautiful view of the greenery on the patio. With the warm weather the pool soon became an oasis for a refreshing swim after a day of sightseeing. The location was fully immersed in the view of the tropics where the lush greenery became the perfect backdrop for relaxing nights and refreshing mornings. As we explored the island, the car rental feature was a must and very helpful for navigating around. Our host, Chip and Julio, were so accommodating and easy to reach for anything we might have needed. This definitely will be the first place we look for when we come again. 🌴
